Hi, I’m Nick Castagna, the founder of Stags Fitness. Fitness has been a driving force in my life, both as an athlete and as someone living with Crohn’s Disease. I know firsthand the difference that training and eating right can make—not just for your body, but for your overall well-being. Staying active and healthy isn’t just a lifestyle for me; it’s what keeps me feeling my best every day.
Growing up, baseball was my passion. I spent countless hours on the field as a catcher and shortstop, dedicating myself to improving my skills. But more importantly, I spent thousands of hours on the other side—being trained by some of the best. That experience taught me the value of the grind, the importance of fundamentals, and the dedication it takes to excel. Now, I bring those same principles to my clients, whether they’re training for fitness or striving to become better ballplayers.
