Individualized Personal Training

Your goals are unique, so your training should be, too. With individualized personal training, we don’t do cookie-cutter workouts. Each session is tailored to meet you where you’re at—whether you’re just beginning or striving to hit new personal records. Under the expert guidance of Nick Castagna, every workout is focused on helping you get stronger, fitter, and more confident.

One-Hour Session

$75

Nutritional Counseling

Nutrition is a vital part of achieving your fitness and performance goals. Our Nutritional Counseling program is designed to give you personalized meal plans that align with your lifestyle, tastes, and needs. Your first consultation includes a comprehensive review of your goals, food preferences, dietary restrictions, and health background. From there, we’ll build a customized meal plan that powers your progress.

Initial Consultation

$125

 Initial Consultation Includes:

  • One-on-one meeting with Nick to discuss your nutrition goals
  • Full assessment of your current food intake, allergies, and preferences
  • First month of a customized meal plan to jumpstart your journey


Ongoing Support: Continue with monthly meal plans for just $50 to keep your nutrition on track and evolving with your goals.

Hitting, Catching, Framing & Fielding Baseball Lessons

For baseball players, performance is everything. Stags Fitness offers specialized hitting and catching lessons that help you sharpen your technique, build confidence, and dominate on the field. With Nick’s extensive experience in baseball, you’ll receive expert insights that take your skills to the next level.

One-Hour Session

$75

 What’s Included:

  • Detailed guidance on improving your swing and catching techniques
  • Personalized training to meet your specific goals on the field
  • Expert feedback to maximize your strengths and address key areas for improvement


All-In Monthly Plan

For those ready to go all-in to achieve their goals.

Monthly Fee

$700

 What’s Included:

  • Up to 3 one-on-one training sessions per week. Can be for personal training or baseball. You can even mix and match!
  • Individualized Nutrition Plan
